The Lawn & Shrubbery Maintenance Annual Schedule gives you an idea of what property maintenance is appropriate in the Chicago region if you choose to do some items yourself or have a feel for when maintenance might be performed by the Association’s contracted services.
Architectural Review Application
The Rules & Regulations document refers to the Architectural Review Application form to be used as a Notification to the Association and for a Request to Modify the exterior appearance of your property. You must complete and submit your application to Watson before work is started and items are purchased. If you intend to modify the exterior appearance, you must receive approval for your Architectural Review Application.
